Young Women Lesson November 22 2026

We Seek After These Things · Young Women lesson for November 22, 2026

Twenty-five minutes goes by fast. This lesson helps you spend them on what matters most: the young women, the scriptures and the Savior. It’s a Thanksgiving-week lesson that follows the For the Strength of Youth guide and is built around the three discussion questions, with everything you need printed and ready.

It’s written so an adviser, a class president or any young woman asked to teach can pick it up and feel ready. Use what helps, change what doesn’t, and follow the Spirit as you teach the young women you love.

✿ THIS WEEK • Theme: We Seek After These Things • Scriptures: Articles of Faith 1:13 · Philippians 4:8 • Echoes: Sister Andrea Muñoz Spannaus, “God Is at Your Side” • Activities & games: Lovely Things Hunt, Month in Review, Thank-You Notes and My Hopes List • Take-home invitation: Each day, write one lovely or praiseworthy thing you noticed. • Phone wallpaper: “We seek after these things” · Articles of Faith 1:13

✿ WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE 1 PDF (7 pages) + 1 phone wallpaper PNG • Printer friendly: white pages and light line art, easy on ink and paper • Before You Begin: a one-page reminder that this is just a guide • Quick guide • Full lesson, parts 1 and 2 (for whoever is teaching, adult or youth) • Activities & games • Question cards (cut apart). Tip: hand these out the Sunday before you teach, or during sacrament meeting before class, so each leader has a moment to ponder her question • Take-home invitation cards (4 per page) • Phone wallpaper (1080×1920)

✿ WANT THE WHOLE SEASON? Every Sunday from October 25 to December 27 is available as a bundle, and November and December are each available as monthly bundles. Find them in the LDS Teaching Helps section of the shop.

✿ HOW IT WORKS 1. Purchase and download right away from Purchases and Reviews (a link is also emailed to you). 2. Print at home or at a print shop. Pages are US Letter 8.5×11 in. A4 prints well with “fit to page.” 3. Cut the cards on the dashed lines, share the questions and enjoy your time together.

✿ PLEASE NOTE • This is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped. • Colors may vary a little from screen to printer. • For personal and class use. Please share the listing, not the files, with other leaders. Thank you! • Because this is a digital item, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted.
