December 2026 Young Women Lessons

Young Women Sunday Lessons · every Sunday in December 2026

Since September, young women meet every Sunday for 25 minutes. That’s a sweet, short window, and it comes around fast. This bundle gives you 4 Sundays of lessons, ready to print, so your time goes to the young women instead of to scrambling for ideas.

Each lesson follows the pattern in the For the Strength of Youth guide: the chapter on fast Sunday, going deeper on the second and third Sundays, and a woman from scripture on the last Sunday. Each one is built around the three discussion questions and echoes a talk from the October 2026 general conference.

Every lesson is written so an adviser, a class president or any young woman asked to teach can pick it up and feel ready. It’s just a guide. Follow the Spirit and the needs of your young women, and use only what helps.

✿ THE SUNDAYS • December 6: Jesus Christ Brings Joy (D&C 101:36) • December 13: Be Not Afraid, Only Believe (Matthew 14:25–33 · Mark 5:36) • December 20: A Perfect Brightness of Hope (Ether 12:4 · 2 Nephi 31:20) • December 27: Lift Up Thy Heart and Rejoice (Luke 1–2 · D&C 25:13)

✿ EVERY SUNDAY INCLUDES • Quick guide: prep in 10 minutes, a minute-by-minute 25-minute timeline, keep-in-mind notes and a short quote from the talk it echoes • Full lesson (2 pages): written for whoever is teaching, adult or youth, with background, openers you can say out loud and ideas for all three questions • Activities & games: 4 simple ideas, each tied to one of the three questions, with cut-apart pieces when a game needs them • Question cards: one card per question with a “Led by” line, so the young women can share the leading. Tip: hand them out the Sunday before, or during sacrament meeting before class, so each leader has a moment to ponder her question • Take-home cards: a weekly invitation, 4 per page • Phone wallpaper: a scripture lock screen (1080×1920)

✿ WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE 1 PDF (25 pages) + 1 ZIP of 4 phone wallpapers • Printer friendly: white pages and light line art, easy on ink and paper • Starts with Before You Begin: a one-page reminder that this is just a guide • Then 6 pages for each Sunday, in order

✿ HOW IT WORKS 1. Purchase and download right away from Purchases and Reviews (a link is also emailed to you). 2. Print at home or at a print shop. Pages are US Letter 8.5×11 in. A4 prints well with “fit to page.” 3. Cut the cards on the dashed lines, share the questions and enjoy your time together.

✿ PLEASE NOTE • This is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped. • Colors may vary a little from screen to printer. • For personal and class use.
